My top travel photos of 2013

My favourite travel photos of 2013

We’re just about ready to welcome in 2014 (where does the time go?!) and that’s given me a chance to look back on the year that was.

The first half of the year was made of up quick jaunts to beautiful Banff, Alberta, and a week of relaxing in sunny Arizona.

In September, my husband and I celebrated our one year wedding anniversary with a trip to eclectic San Francisco, including a day in the Napa Valley vineyards. What a great trip!

I was set to do a big journey through the Middle East in October (hello, bucket list!) but due to the Egyptian uprising it was cancelled so we did a Plan B: Peru and Bolivia. Pretty good alternative, huh!

Next up for 2014? A week-long cruise in the Galapagos Islands before exploring more of Ecuador and Colombia! I’m also hoping to head to New York City for a few days, and maybe even go Down Under to Australia for a few weeks.
