They’re considered a national treasure, a symbol of America’s great forests and the tallest living thing in the entire world. Those statuesque redwood trees are a sight to behold, and it’s no wonder people flock to Northern California in droves to take them in!
It was still early in the morning, so the city was still clouded in puffy white fog, and you could see the white houses tucked into the hillside peeking out from underneath. Soon, we were greeted with a glimpse of the glittering blue waters that are famous in the Bay area, as we made our way past the Victorian-era townhouses and those classic cable cars.
A trip to Napa Valley is simply iconic for those who enjoy a glass of wine (or 3!), especially if you like stunning landscapes, the quiet of the countryside and being, well, wined-and-dined.
