Saskatchewan

Known as the 'Land of Living Skies', this prairie province is all about wide open spaces.

The joke goes that Saskatchewan is so flat, you can watch your dog run away for three days. Indeed, the topography here is mostly open fields, though there are also beaches, meandering rivers and even towering sand dunes.

With its serene setting of windswept hills, big views and a peaceful river that winds through the heart of the city, Saskatoon is the perfect place to hit the reset button and get your wellness fix. Considering the city is named after a berry, it only seems fitting that many distilleries in and around Saskatoon are experimenting with fruit-forward flavours.

Exploring with little ones? Be sure to check out Nutrien Wonderhub, a children's museum that's just as fun for grown-ups.
