4) It’s pet-friendly

As one of the few pet-friendly hotels in Canmore, Basecamp Resorts is a great option for those travelling with their four-legged friend in tow. Dogs are welcome for an additional $25 per night, and there’s a grassy pathway right behind the lodge which is a great spot for a stroll. As a bonus, parking spaces are allocated to each room based on location for easy access, which means no trekking across the entire parking lot with all your gear while trying to manage that feisty Fido.
